For Refrigue products we only use new generation synthetic padding: light, breathable and high-performance even in extreme conditions – but always respectful of nature.
In Refrigue protection has a broader meaning, it also means protecting what surrounds us.
Our products are padded with 100% Animal Free materials.
This choice reflects our values of respect for the environment and for all forms of life, without compromising on quality and performance.

The polar bear is among the animals most exposed to the effects of climate change, due to the melting of the ice it is one of the species most at risk. Its image becomes an immediate reminder of the need to protect the environment. Originally a symbol of strength and endurance against the cold, today Refrigue bear also embodies the will to care for the planet.
For a wide selection of our products we use Repreve padding: a recycled polyester fiber obtained from post-consumer plastic bottles and textile waste. The padding developed by Repreve is entirely synthetic, in turn recyclable and is used as padding “down-like” with a structure similar to down or in the form of traditional sheet padding. By choosing these padding for a wide range of Refrigue products we help reduce our environmental impact compared to using virgin polyester.
